Social enterprises are mission-driven organisations that measure their success by their positive impact.
Many find it a challenge to measure and communicate that change.
This workshop is for social enterprises (or those aspiring), transitioning not for profits or any impact focused organisation wanting to explore social enterprise.
This session will enable organisations to define and measure the impact they are having.
In this workshop you will:
- Define the impact you are trying to achieve,
- Describe the activity you are working on,
- Think about sources of evidence for impact,
- Create a basic model to communicate the logic of how your activities lead to the impact you are trying to have and,
- Learn how to start measuring your impact and why this could be useful for funders and investors.
Come along for a three-hour workshop that includes awesome content, facilitation and practical work. You'll be in a room with other like-minded people, get inspired, and know how to move forward!
