Now more than ever, it's vital to know how to run and participate in a successful remote meeting. It's not always as simple as clicking the 'Join' button for a Zoom or Google Meet call. There's a lot more to it than you may think!

This workshop is for people who use video conferencing tools to communicate with their team. It's aimed towards helping people ensure their remote meetings are productive and successful, whether it's an on-boarding, new team hiring, general brainstorming or upskilling session. Also, this workshop isn't just for those leading the meetings! Everyone who participates in remote meetings can benefit from this.

About the presenter!

Jackie is the Director of RippleEd - a business providing programmes that help businesses design and deliver learning experiences that positively impact on learners, their workplace and the community. 

She has a Masters in Education, and is a qualified secondary teacher with a background in teaching ESL (English as a Second Language) and Japanese. She's also an accredited CQ (Cultural Intelligence) and EC (Emotional Capability) trainer!
